Developed strategic/tactical traditional and online (viral) marketing and public/media-relations plans. Developed tools to implement marketing plans and increase sales resulting in
Oversaw community relations plans. Wrote, edited and laid out marketing
materials, popup ads, press releases, magazine articles, technical
materials and external newsletters (ConsumerCompass, weekly
e-mail newsletter with a circulation of more than 770,000; and
MortgageMinute, biweekly e-mail newsletter with a circulation of
more than 22,000). Researched and developed new marketing objectives and
value-add services, including distance-learning seminars and online
interactive seminars. Interfaced with national, local and trade press.
Managed corporate Worldwide Web sites (www.cfdebt.com,
www.aaafaircredit.org, www.debtfreeforlife.com). Designed logos and
graphics. Oversaw development of corporate multimedia marketing
presentations. Developed Morgan Bay Management Style Guide of
standards for all corporate communication for all four companies. |
